Recovery, Restoration, and Release. This class will emphasize on recovery, focus on stimulating flexibility, restoration and myofascial release, with use of foam rollers. We will engage your core and bring you through different takes on strengthening and cross-training your mid-section. These techniques can help promote recovery and enhance overall sports performance and longevity in training, whatever your goals might be.
