Align & Flow Yoga with Anna

Beginning and ending with meditation, this class will focus on building muscle and toning the body through proper alignment. This class will cleanse the chakras and massage the internal organs. Stress and anxiety will melt away as your breath carries you through a series of sun salutations and balance poses woven into a graceful vinyasa flow, feeling centered and energized. As you connect with your breath bringing forth your gratitude, love, and light, you will take your yoga practice “off the mat” through awareness as you learn to balance everyday life with mindfulness, gratitude, and positive energy, as well as property alignment of the body.
