Tabata with Debbie

This 50-minute class has five minute of warm up, four sets of Tabata sequence exercises, and a five minute cool down/stretch. Each sequence is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise followed by ten seconds of rest, repeated without pause eight times for a total of four minutes. Get ready to push yourself. This class is not for beginners.
