Designed and created by our own instructor, this class integrates some of the basic principles of aerobic, interval, and resistance training to maximize caloric output, cardiovascular benefits, and total body toning. The cardio-based dance movements are easy to follow steps that help with body sculpting in target areas such as the gluteus, legs, arms, core, abs, and the most important muscle in the body – the heart. Enjoy all the fun of old-school aerobics fused with new school. Beginners and advanced will make this class their new favorite!
