The class will focus on the recruitment and training of muscles to enhance performance, safety, and effectiveness, including cutting edge research and the safest, most effective way to train the core. In the end, your yoga practice will leave you feeling open, yet strong and relaxed. This style of yoga will empower you to honor your individual structure and needs. Open to all levels.
