The Dining Room at Mirbeau hosts a series of Wine Dinners throughout the year that feature wines from regions around the world. The menu is meticulously created by Executive Chef Edward Moro so that each wine is paired with a taste that will delight your palette.

Fall is the season of grape harvest, when the fruit exhibits the flavors and character according to its varietal, or type of grape, as well as optimum levels of sugar and acid.

The harvest is the most exciting time in a winemaker’s year. All other tasks are put aside while every ounce of energy is absorbed into harvest and making sure the grapes are meticulously cared for before being crushed. Harvest is the time that decisions are made that determine the character of wines in this vintage - from the vineyards, to the production site to the cellar - and is critical to a winemaker’s success.
