Join Julie as she personally instructs you along to perfectly prepare her fresh and flavorful foods using garden friendly ingredients. This 2-hour hands-on culinary demonstration will provide you the tips and tricks that Julie uses during her shows, Cooking with Julie Taboulie and Julie Taboulie’s Lebanese Kitchen. She will inspire you to cook, create and celebrate mouthwatering Mediterranean dishes perfectly paired with this summer season.
As you overlook our exquisite summer garden and ponds, Julie will guide you through perfecting home-made stuffed grape leaves. As you celebrate your success of this traditional dish, sip a glass of wine, and enjoy samples of dishes from Julie’s award-winning cookbook: Julie Taboulie’s Lebanese Kitchen: Authentic Recipes for Fresh and Flavorful Mediterranean Home Cooking.
All participants will be provided take home bag for their grape leaves, additional gift, recipe cards, and autograph-able apron. Post workshop, her cookbook will also available for purchase and autograph signing.
