Yoga Nidra is a meditation technique that was first mentioned in the Upanishads, 700 BCE. This incredibly simple and restful practice is performed while the body is in a very restful position and is known to awaken our true nature.
Yoga Nidra teaches us to release the struggle, striving and effort. It moves us into an inner state where we can connect to our inner wisdom with trust and faith as our guide instead of worry and fear.
