  • Inn Check-In and Check-out: Room check-in is guaranteed by 3:00pm and check out is 11:00 noon. Guests are welcome to arrive prior to check in or remain after check out to use the Spa facilities, have a Spa Treatment or dine in the restaurant. Use of Spa facilities are available to hotel guests between 6am-9pm. Hotel guests are not required to have a Spa treatment to use the facilities.

    Reservations: Spa treatment and dining reservations should be made well in advance of arrival. We recommend 1-2 weeks prior to your date of stay. The Spa and Dining Room are very popular and appointment times book quickly. Room reservations do not guarantee spa and dining reservations.

    Resort Fee:
    You will be charged a separate, nightly $18 Resort Fee per hotel guest room not included in room rate. This fee is taxable. The Resort Fee includes: Wireless Internet access; Daily Newspaper; Business Resources: Faxing, Copying, Email and Printing; Resort Activities; Health & Wellness Classes (must be 18 years of age); Spa and Fitness Center Access (must be 18 years of age); turndown service including bottled water & chocolate and other services & amenities to enhance your stay. Resort Fee inclusions and rates are subject to change.

    Tax Information:
    There is a 11.7% local and state tax applicable to all room charges.

    Hotel Guest Room Reservation Policy:
    Hotel guest room check-in is guaranteed by 3:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m. Guests are welcome to arrive early to begin using the Spa or restaurants or remain after check out to use the facilities. Treatment and restaurant reservations should be made well in advance of arrival. The Spa and restaurants are very popular and appointment times book quickly. Hotel guest room reservations do not guarantee spa and restaurant reservations.

    Deposit Policy:
    All reservations require deposit equal to the first night’s stay plus applicable taxes. This is charged at the time of booking.

    Hotel Guest Room Cancellation Policies:
    Changed and cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival date for a refund. Within the 7 days of arrival all nights are non-refundable. Holidays, Holiday Weekends and Special Events require a 14-day cancellation. Once you are within the cancellation period, you are financially obligated for the entire length of your stay.

    Smoking Policy:
    Mirbeau Inn & Spa is a non-smoking resort. Smoking anywhere on the resort is prohibited. Smoking inside a guest room will incur a $150 cleaning fee.

    Pet Policy:
    Whereas pets are not allowed on property at Mirbeau Inn & Spa, we would be happy to provide references for local kennels and pet-sitting services. Service animals are welcome to assist their owners.

    Spa Policy:
    Spa treatments and facilities are available for guests 18 years of age or older. Please, no pagers or cell phones are allowed in the Spa locker rooms or in the Spa. Thank you for you understanding. Spa Mirbeau is open daily from 6:00am to 9:00pm. Treatments begin at 9 a.m. and the last treatment starts at 6 p.m. We advise arriving at least one hour prior to your first treatment to relax and fully enjoy all the amenities we have to offer. Mirbeau will provide guests with robes and sandals to use during your stay. You will need your own bathing suit and athletic attire.

    Spa Treatment Cancellation Policies:
    Cancellations and/or changes must be made 72 hours prior to appointment to avoid being charged in full for the scheduled treatment or service.

    Gift Card Policies:
    The Mirbeau Gift Cards are issued by Mirbeau Card Services, LLC (“Card Company”).  Card Company is an affiliate of Mirbeau that is authorized to issue the Gift Cards for sale or distribution by and redemption at Mirbeau properties. Card Company is also responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Gift Card program.  Card Company is the sole legal obligor to the cardholder.  Mirbeau and its affiliates/subsidiaries (other than Card Company) bear no responsibility or liability for any of the Gift Cards, and you hereby knowingly release Mirbeau and its affiliates/subsidiaries (other than Card Company) from any and all liability or claims of any nature whatsoever arising in connection with the Gift Card. Cards are non-refundable and MCS is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
