General Spa Information

Age Requirements

Use of the facilities is restricted to guests 18 years of age and older.

Hours

The Spa desk is open from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and the Treatments are done from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Hours may vary by season.

Make Time for Relaxing!

We ask that you arrive as early as possible before your scheduled appointment. Most guests like to arrive 45 minutes prior to enjoy a shower, soak on the aqua terrace, steam, sauna, or read by the fire places and relax resting area. Remember, as a courtesy to all our guests, treatments start and end on time.

Spa Etiquette

Spa guests must be at least 18 years old to preserve our adult only environment. Our guests come to escape, retreat, and recharge and find this is best done amongst other adults. Please leave your cell phone and laptop behind. The Spa provides robes, slippers, and locker room amenities. Please remove all jewelry prior to arrival.

Spa Access Fee

Access to the Spa facility and fitness classes is available for hotel guests during their stay at no charge. Daily fee for non-hotel guests is $45.00 per person (Monday-Thursday); $75.00 per person (Friday-Sunday) and includes fitness classes. Spa access and fitness classes are complimentary with any spa day package or have a treatment. 

Spa Treatment Reservations

We recommend that you schedule your spa appointments a minimum of a full week in advance. We require a major credit card or a resort confirmation number and a telephone number to hold the appointments. Reservations are subject to availability and the earlier you book the better. Call 877-MIRBEAU (647-2328).

Change and Cancellation Policy
We ask that you notify us at least 72-hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. Cancellations and No-show appointments will be charged the full value of the service once within the 72-hours.

Gratuity Policy

Based on many of guest’s requests, we have now included an 18% gratuity on all spa services automatically for the guests convenience.  All day spa and hotel spa packages have always included gratuity and it will now make checking out from all spa services just as stress free.

The 18% is broken out to be distributed 15% to the therapist and 3% to the spa support staff.
