New Gratuity Policy

effective April 14, 2008

Based on many of guest’s requests, we have now included an 18% gratuity on all spa services automatically for the guests convenience.  All day spa and hotel spa packages have always included gratuity and it will now make checking out from all spa services just as stress free.

The 18% is broken out to be distributed 15% to the therapist and 3% goes to the spa support staff.

We are excited about this new policy and think it will ensure that all guests are given the ability to leave appropriate tips.
