Virtual Wellness Programs

Welcome to our Mirbeau Virtual Wellness Program.  The schedule below is comprised of a variety of live classes led by our outstanding team of Mirbeau instructors.  All classes are 50-Minutes unless otherwise stated.

NEW! Virtual Personal Training & Virtual Private Sessions: Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, Dance and Reiki.  Our certified Exercise Physiologist and Instructors will customize a program to help you meet your personal wellness goals.  Please call 877-MIRBEAU to schedule  a session. $65 (50 minute session).
